Memorial Day Weekend!
It's here -- the kickoff of summer -- Memorial Day weekend!
Memorial Day was founded to salute the memory of fallen soldiers who died in service to our great country.
And, it's become a day to remember all of those we loved and lost. I used to visit my grandmother's gravesite as a child to lay flowers at her headstone. I miss her so.
Today, I'm thinking of all of those people in my life who have passed on who I still love and miss.
I hope you are spending your weekend somewhere sandy. But wherever you are don't forget to include your loved ones. Our relationships are the most important and valuable assets we have in this life.
